We’re pleased to share several enhancements to the portal, designed to give you greater visibility, control, and insight into your water test sampling data.
A new Export feature is now available, making it easier to extract, analyze, and share your test sample data.
What’s new:
Filter your tests by test type directly from the Tests page
Customise your export by selecting only the test fields you need
Export only tests that meet specific criteria (failed results, postcode, parameters)
Download data in CSV or XLSX format
This update provides greater flexibility for compliance reporting, internal reviews, and data analysis.
We’ve also introduced Map View, a new visual way to explore your sampling data from January 2025 onwards.
With Map View, you can:
See the precise geographic location of submitted samples, including tests taken by you or your managed users, displayed on an interactive map.
Filter samples directly on the map by Test Type and Sample Status (passed, failed, or pending).
Identify geographic patterns and clusters of failed tests to help surface potential issues and prioritise follow-up actions.
Map View provides a clearer, more intuitive way to understand trends, manage risk, and support proactive decision-making across your sites.
Introduced a new, improved settings interface in the mobile application.
Added email validation during registration to improve account security and reduce errors.
